Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to return an item, we will issue a refund, and you will need to place a new order for a replacement.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us at freshwindclothing@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you promptly.

Please allow 10 business days for a refund to your bank account.
